Research Innovations, Inc. Appoints Former United States Air Force Colonel to Lead Indo-Pacific Command Portfolio

Brian A. Hill, Colonel, USAF (Retired) has joined as Director of Business Development of RII’s U.S. Indo-Pacific Command Portfolio

ALEXANDRIA, Va. [October 18, 2024] — Research Innovations, Inc. (RII), a provider of critical national security technology solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian A. Hill, Colonel, USAF (Retired) as Director of Business Development, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Portfolio. In this role, Hill will lead RII’s efforts in developing strategic partnerships and advancing technological capabilities to increase the effectiveness of joint planning, targeting, and operations within the Indo-Pacific information environment.

Prior to retiring from active military service, Hill served as Chief of Information Operations, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command at Camp H.M. Smith in Hawaii. In this role, he directed combatant command level strategic messaging synchronization, and integration of non-lethal effects into operations and exercises. A committed educator, Hill also served as the Dean of Academics at NATO School Oberammergau in Bavaria, Germany where he led alliance education and training for over 9,000 students annually. As a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and former cadet athlete, Hill also served as the Academy’s Vice Director of Athletics.  â€‹

Hill's last operational Air Force assignment was with the 92nd Air Refueling Wing at Fairchild Air Force Base in Washington. During his time in the Air Force, Hill served as a command pilot with over 3,100 flight hours in various military refueling, trainer, and transport aircraft.
